The Buenaventura Golf Course is city owned public golf course in the heart of Ventura County. Z-Golf and the golf course have enjoyed decades of a strong relationship. The result is that the facility is a cornerstone of the community, hosting regular groups and tournaments throughout the year.
The Zaruka family has owned the original “Wedgewood” since 1986. Z-Golf’s original site is still the standard for Ventura County wedding locations. It is perennially voted the “Best Banquet Facility in Ventura County”.
Z-Golf has expanded and remodeled the golfer service building three different times over the last twenty five years and expanded and renovated the banquet facility twice, most recently in 2008. Over a half million guests have enjoyed banquet meals at the Wedgewood. Guests have consistently rate the Wedgewood with “A” grades.
